How do I get the best results from my skincare products?
A major difference between people who get great results from their skin care products and those who do not is how well they rub them into their skin, and if they use as directed. When rubbing skin care products in, it is essential to be very gentle and to not pull or tug on the skin. Instead, use more of a gentle upward massaging motion helping the product to fully penetrate without stretching or pulling the skin. Use only the amount specified, such as small amount, start with the size of the end of an eraser and slowly apply more if needed.
Here are clearer guidelines for the shelf life and proper storage of your products:
- **Storage**: All products should be stored in a cool, dry place.
- **Lotions**: These have a shelf life of 1 year. If you notice mold growth in the jar or detect an unusual odor, please discontinue use
- **Oil Products**: Oil-based products also have a shelf life of 1 year.
- **Pumice Scrub**: This product is often used in the shower. To prolong its shelf life, it's crucial to keep water out of the container and promptly replace the lid after each use to prevent unnecessary moisture from entering the jar.
- **Bar Soap**: After using bar soap, allow it to dry thoroughly and avoid leaving it in a puddle of water. Proper drying helps maintain the soap's quality.
Additionally, here are some indicators to help you determine if your homemade bar soap has gone bad:
- **Loss of Smell**: If the soap has lost its fragrance or characteristic scent, it may have deteriorated.
- **Crumbly Texture**: A change in the soap's texture, making it crumbly or brittle, can be a sign of spoilage.
- **Orange Spots**: The presence of unusual orange spots on the soap may indicate spoilage or the growth of unwanted microorganisms.
- **Lack of Lather**: If the soap no longer lathers as it should, it might be past its prime and less effective.
Adhering to these storage guidelines and being aware of these signs will help ensure that your products maintain their quality and effectiveness over time.

Andronika is based in the USA and all products are made on the East Coast in Maryland or Virginia.
Where should I store my Andronika products?
For best results, we recommend storing our products in a cool, dry place away from direct light.
Can I use Andronika products while pregnant or nursing?
We always recommend consulting with your health care provider about any products that will be used during pregnancy or nursing to be sure that they do not have any concerns
Do your products have fragrance?
Although our product range varies, we prioritize delivering an exceptional aromatherapy experience. To achieve this, we incorporate a selection of fragrance oils and essential oils into our offerings.
We maintain a stringent vetting process when it comes to choosing fragrance oils, often opting for Natures Oil due to their high-quality standards, which align with values such as cruelty-free and vegan-friendly production methods, among others.

Currently we only ship within the US
Can I change my order once its placed?
Our system is not set up to modify orders once the order is placed. You can place a second order and we will do everything we can to ship both together.
Can I cancel my order?
Email lynda@andronikabathbody.com right away and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
Can I make a return or exchange?
Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to accept a return or exchange. If you receive a product that is damaged or the integrity of the product is compromised, we will do our best replace the damaged item.

We ship Monday - Friday via USPS Priority **Please note Holidays and sales may affect shipping
How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer free shipping for all US orders $75 or more. Otherwise, a flat rate of $10 on orders below $75.
